Hi there, I’m Gordie Dutfield, a property investment expert with years of experience in building investment portfolios, not just for myself but for my network. I met my mentor Paul Smith through a friend of mine. He saw my potential to make money and advised me to channel every penny into assets.
My money mindset changed when I was around 31/32, as I started making serious money through investing in property, primarily off-plan strategies! That’s when I began to understand how to manage and invest money effectively. Back then, it was all about the quick wins, but now I approach things with a long-term plan.
