When I was 14, 15 years old, door-to-door sales was my first job, it was a commission-only position with no pay, I made roughly £3.50 each hour. When I was twenty-one, I started a door-to-door sales business and signed deals with companies like Sky Television, I had 60 employees between Glasgow and London when I was young, and for four years, the firm was comparatively successful. Then, at the age of 25, I shut down the company and entered the real estate industry. My money mindset changed when I was around 31 or 32, when I started making serious money through investing, I started to understand how to manage and invest money. Back then, it was all about the quick wins, but now I look at things from a long-term perspective.

My Journey wasn't without challenges. From navigating initial failures to mastering complex negotiations in deal packaging, each hurdle shaped me into the investor I am today. I saw the opportunity with off-plan property investments and took it - a strategy that allows you to secure properties at lower costs (below market value) before they're built.
